This is our platform. We are judging it by the same four questions as everything else on this site, and we are putting the weak parts in writing, because a directory you appear in is worthless if your own record reads like an advert.
What it is: a flat-file site engine plus a data layer, installed on your server. Content is files, so there is no database to back up and no plugin stack to keep current. Every site you build gets the same structure, the same structured data engine and the same nightly checks.
The part that makes it different in this directory is the second half. Search results, server logs and crawler visits collect into a warehouse you control, so a monthly client fee can carry a real report instead of a screenshot. Most options here build the site and stop.
Where it is weakest
Four things, said straight, because you will find them out anyway.
- There is no ecosystem. WordPress has a plugin for everything and a thousand freelancers who know it. This has neither. If you want a feature nobody has built, somebody has to build it.
- There is no drag and drop editor. Content is structured files. That is why sites stay consistent, and it is also why a designer who wants a visual canvas will not enjoy it.
- It expects server comfort. You need to be alright with files, a server and a command line. Not an expert. Alright.
- It is one shop's system. Smaller vendor than anything else on this page. The honest hedge is that the sites are plain PHP files on your own hosting, so they outlive the relationship either way.
If those four are deal breakers, one of the other records here is your answer and that is a fine outcome. If what you want is the same build every time plus evidence you can show a client, this is the one built for that.
