Where does it run, and what hosting do I need?

Any ordinary hosting that runs PHP. No special stack, no container, no minimum plan from a particular company.

One thing worth knowing before you promise a client a full report. Collecting server logs needs access to the server. If a client insists on hosting somewhere you cannot reach, you get the search half of the data and not the server half.
