Has this system been run across many websites?

Yes, in two ways. One person runs about 160 domains on it with one nightly job. And BellyUp! is 13 city website families, 105 websites in all, built from one tested copy between August 18 and October 20, 2026.

Both count websites, not readers. A live site says nothing about how many people use it. The BellyUp! case study shows the timeline and what quietly broke along the way.
